We present wines from our region. These are currently served (come by and see for yourself), drunk up because the guests liked it so much and the wine of the corresponding vintage (this is in the nature of things) could no longer be reordered. Some wines are not served anymore because they were put back, saved, just before they were drunk. And finally, you can read some interesting facts about the wine, the cellar and the pressing process.

2026 wine vintage on the Saale and Unstrut rivers
The 2026 wine year in the Saale-Unstrut region stands out as a historic milestone and an exceptional vintage. Following a wet spring, an extremely hot summer brought the region smaller grapes, but also perfectly healthy, highly aromatic grapes.
2024 Silvaner sweet Weingut Frölich Hake
Compared with the 2023 vintage, the current sweet Silvaner has gained a few more grams of residual sugar. This Silvaner unfolds an enticing interplay of aromas, centred on the familiar sweetness of ripe green apple.
2025 Müller Thurgau Winery Böhme & Töchter
Following the 2022 vintage, the 2025 Müller-Thurgau from Böhme und Töchter is the second from this producer to feature on our wine list. The nose is dominated by crisp apple, mango and grapefruit. On the palate, it impresses with a lively, fresh and fruity acidity and only a very subtle hint of nutmeg. A straightforward, expertly crafted wine from the Saale-Unstrut region that simply impresses with its quality and drinkability.
2025 Cuvée Silbermönch Winery Wein- und Sektmanufaktur
The ‘Silbermönch’ cuvée from the Naumburg Wine and Sekt Manufaktur, made from selected white grape varieties (Kerner and Ortega (?), we’ll check with the cellar master again), is now available here for the fourth time – following the 2022, 2023 and 2024 vintages – with the new 2025 vintage. You could say the wine has a loyal following.

Wine and Cheese: 5-wine tasting ‘A Journey through Saale/Unstrut – All in White’
In August of 26, we welcomed six very charming young ladies. With the exception of two, they had all travelled from all over Germany to organise an unforgettable hen party for one of the six. We were delighted to set the scene with a tasting of five white wines.
2025 Spätburgunder Rosé Winery Frölich Hake
Delicate, crisp and characterised by the Muschelkalk: this Pinot Noir Rosé epitomises elegance and structure. Aromas of raspberry and redcurrant are complemented by a fresh hint of lime. The subtle minerality lends the wine a sleek, stylish character and creates a pleasant tension on the palate. It is supple yet precise, with a balance of fruit and cool freshness that makes it particularly versatile.

This Riesling - A estate wine with character that’s easy to drink and refreshing at any time. Perfect for anyone who loves fresh, fruity white wines.

One of the samples in the glass contains about 0.1; with five wine samples, that adds up to half a litre. That’s why the guided wine tastings we host include plenty of mineral water (still, medium, sparkling – whichever the guest prefers).

2022 Spätburgunder Auslese Freyburger Edelacker Winery Grober Feetz
This red wine is hand-picked and vegan, from the Freyburg Edelacker vineyard. Aged for twelve months in wooden barrels.
2024 blanc Winery HEY
The 2024 Hey (made from Weißburgunder - Pinot Blanc -) is characterised by delicate aromas of ripe apple and pear, a juicy freshness and a creamy texture.
2023 Souvignier Gris Auslese Winery Wartenberg
This dry Souvignier Gris wine impresses with its deep, golden-yellow colour. The bouquet is characterised by a variety of aromas, including banana, black tea and brioche. These are complemented by a note of ripe pineapple, which lends the wine a fruity sweetness.
2025 Rosé Pinky Winery Wein- und Sektmanufaktur
We’re happy to let the winemaker have his say: “Pinky is a wine for life’s little joys – fresh and carefree.” It has a good amount of residual sweetness and looks picture-perfect in the glass. Pinky has been given a new label.
2022 Cabernet Cortis Barrique Winery Wartenberg
The year 2022 in the Saale-Unstrut region was characterised by an exceptionally high number of hours of sunshine and severe drought. As a result, the already powerful PIWI grape variety Cabernet Cortis (a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Solaris) accumulated an exceptionally high sugar content in its berries on the steep slopes of the ‘Naumburger Steinmeister’. It boasts a record-breaking 14.5% alcohol content.
