Rosé can be light and summery – but it doesn’t have to be. Saale-Unstrut also produces rosé wines with character, fruit and a remarkable freshness. Our selection invites you to discover the many different sides of this style of wine. As with all our wines, we serve our rosés by the glass. You can choose between 0.1 and 0.2 litres. We serve them well chilled, always noticeably below the commonly recommended 10 to 13°C – because the right temperature makes a difference with rosé, too.

2025 Spätburgunder Rosé Winery Frölich Hake
Delicate, crisp and characterised by the Muschelkalk: this Pinot Noir Rosé epitomises elegance and structure. Aromas of raspberry and redcurrant are complemented by a fresh hint of lime. The subtle minerality lends the wine a sleek, stylish character and creates a pleasant tension on the palate. It is supple yet precise, with a balance of fruit and cool freshness that makes it particularly versatile.
