2024 Weißburgunder Winery Hey 

We are happy to quote the winemaker on what he has to say about this Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder): “A Weißburgunder that combines clarity and tranquillity. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of ripe apple, pear and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is balanced and precise, underpinned by a juicy freshness and a pleasantly creamy texture.”

We still have the 2022 Weißburgunder Großes Gewächs on tap, and then the 2024 ‘blanc’ (made from Weißburgunder). That one’s all gone – all the better for having the 2024 on tap and also on the menu.
