The 2026 wine year in the Saale-Unstrut region stands out as a historic milestone and an exceptional vintage. Following a wet spring, an extremely hot summer brought the region smaller grapes, but also perfectly healthy, highly aromatic grapes.

2025 Müller Thurgau Winery Böhme & TöchterFollowing the 2022 vintage, the 2025 Müller-Thurgau from Böhme und Töchter is the second from this producer to feature on our wine list. The nose is dominated by crisp apple, mango and grapefruit. On the palate, it impresses with a lively, fresh and fruity acidity and only a very subtle hint of nutmeg. A straightforward, expertly crafted wine from the Saale-Unstrut region that simply impresses with its quality and drinkability.
