Our selection of white wines showcases the full diversity of the Saale-Unstrut wine region: from fresh and unpretentious to mineral, spicy and full of character. It includes familiar grape varieties alongside lesser-known varieties and wines you might not necessarily expect to find in this region. We serve all our wines by the glass, with a choice of 0.1 or 0.2 litres. Our white wines are served well chilled, depending on the individual wine and its character.

2024 Chardonnay VDP Ortswein Winery Böhme & Töchter
Even the very first vintage we served in our bar – the 2023 – went down very well with our esteemed customers. We are therefore all the more delighted with the latest vintage of this Chardonnay, the 2024. Compared with its predecessor, it has slightly lower acidity and less residual sugar.
2023 Silvaner dry Winery Frölich Hake
Following on from the 2022 dry Silvaner, which proved very popular with our guests, the 2023 vintage is now being served. A fine estate wine from the wine-growing village of Roßbach.
2025 Kerner Winery Klaus Böhme
2024 Silvaner sweet Winery Frölich Hake
Compared with the 2023 vintage, the current sweet Silvaner has gained a few more grams of residual sugar. This Silvaner unfolds an enticing interplay of aromas, centred on the familiar sweetness of ripe green apple.
2025 Müller Thurgau Winery Böhme & Töchter
Following the 2022 vintage, the 2025 Müller-Thurgau from Böhme und Töchter is the second from this producer to feature on our wine list. The nose is dominated by crisp apple, mango and grapefruit. On the palate, it impresses with a lively, fresh and fruity acidity and only a very subtle hint of nutmeg. A straightforward, expertly crafted wine from the Saale-Unstrut region that simply impresses with its quality and drinkability.
2025 Cuvée Silbermönch Winery Wein- und Sektmanufaktur
The ‘Silbermönch’ cuvée from the Naumburg Wine and Sekt Manufaktur, made from selected white grape varieties (Kerner and Ortega (?), we’ll check with the cellar master again), is now available here for the fourth time – following the 2022, 2023 and 2024 vintages – with the new 2025 vintage. You could say the wine has a loyal following.

2023 Souvignier Gris Auslese Winery Wartenberg
This dry Souvignier Gris wine impresses with its deep, golden-yellow colour. The bouquet is characterised by a variety of aromas, including banana, black tea and brioche. These are complemented by a note of ripe pineapple, which lends the wine a fruity sweetness.
2025 Gutedel Muschelkalk Grober Feetz
This Gutedel comes from steep slopes, is hand-harvested and vegan. In the cellar, it is processed with great care and sensitivity under the gentlest conditions.
2024 Weiß vom Kalk Winery HEY
This Burgundy cuvée combines the creaminess of Chardonnay with the freshness of Pinot Blanc. Partially matured in wooden barrels, the wine offers delicate aromas of yellow fruits, delicate blossoms and a hint of vanilla.
