It is our pleasure to offer a good cross-section of the wines that the vintners of the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region produce with much love. We are constantly endeavouring to expand our range.
We offer all wines by the glass without exception. It is up to the guest to have the wine of their choice served by the glass at 0.1 or 0.2 litres. We keep white and rosé wines at a temperature below the usually recommended average of 10 to let's say 13 degrees. We keep red wines chilled to slightly below room temperature.

2025 Grauburgunder Muschelkalk Winery Frölich Hake
A Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) of exceptional character: shaped by the shell limestone, it reveals an elegant spiciness and complex aromas of dried fruit, raisins and subtle hints of almond. Juicy yet smooth on the palate.
2025 Scheurebe Muschelkalk dry Winery Frölich Hake
In our small, relatively young wine bar, this is already the fourth vintage of this Scheurebe, following 2022, 2023 and 2024. Juicy peach, crisp apple and a zesty citrus note – this 2025 Scheurebe from Frölich Hake is fresh, lively and spot on. Perfectly balanced on the palate, with an enticing interplay of sweetness and acidity and a smooth, easy-drinking quality.
2024 Grauburgunder Breitengrad 51 Winery Frölich Hake
The distinctive characteristics of the Freyburger Edelacker vineyard contribute to the character of this Pinot Gris. The limestone-rich soils and the unique microclimate created by the terraces in this vineyard give the wine a remarkable minerality and lend it an unmistakable terroir character.

Bernard Pawis’s Müller-Thurgau, his winery ist situated in Zscheiplitz, a suburb of Freyburg, is a true classic from the Pawis winery and a straightforward delight.
2023 Blauer Zweigelt "Reserve" Winery Pawis
This red wine reflects the terroir of the Saale and Unstrut regions. At the tasting on 14 November 2025, the wine scored 93 points in ‘Falstaff’.
2024 Rose Cuvée off-dry Winery Wartenberg
This robust rosé presents itself in a rich pink hue and seduces with a bouquet of fruity aromas. The nose is caressed by sweet cherries, juicy strawberries and red currants.
2022 Spätburgunder Barrique Winery Johannes Beyer
Ruby red in the glass, with berry fruit on the nose. Maturation in barrique barrels gives this red wine a smoky note with medium tannins.
2025 Sauvignon blanc Spätlese Winery Johannes Beyer
Bright yellow in the glass, with currant, a hint of gooseberry and a touch of paprika competing on the nose.
2024 Chardonnay Muschelkalk Winery Johannes Beyer
A light yellow colour in the glass, with aromas of citrus and gooseberry on the nose.
2024 Bacchus dry Winery Winzervereinigung Freyburg
A typical Bacchus with a refined acidity and a fruity body. An interesting aroma of white currants and cassis give it an intense smell and taste.
2024 Riesling off-dry Weischützer Nüssenberg Winery Wein- und Sektmanufaktur
This elegant Riesling has a light yellow colour with slight green reflections in the glass. A delicate interplay of sweetness and acidity, dancing lightness, combined with beautiful fruit on the palate.
2024 Cuvée Silbermönch Wein- und Sektmanufaktur
The Silbermönch cuvée from Naumburger Wein- und Sektmanufaktur was created from a blend of selected white grapes, all from the Weischützer Nüssenberg.
