It is our pleasure to offer a good cross-section of the wines that the vintners of the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region produce with much love. We are constantly endeavouring to expand our range.
We offer all wines by the glass without exception. It is up to the guest to have the wine of their choice served by the glass at 0.1 or 0.2 litres. We keep white and rosé wines at a temperature below the usually recommended average of 10 to let's say 13 degrees. We keep red wines chilled to slightly below room temperature.

2024 Ambrosius Grober Buntsandstein Winery Grober Feetz
This off-dry wine is a cuveé of white wines, produced entirely by hand by the Grober Feetz family winery. It has been pressed in their cellar in Freyburg under the gentlest conditions and with great care since 2012. The tradition goes back a long way: as early as the 12th century, Ambrosius Grober planted a vineyard in Großjenaer Blütengrund, which is still owned by the family today.
2025 Scheurebe Roter Ton Winery Johannes Beyer
This Scheurebe is a wine from the Dorndorf Rappental vineyard. This late harvest wine has a green-pigmented, silvery shimmering yellow colour in the glass and an intense, fresh aroma of elderflower and blackcurrants on the nose.
2025 Pinotin Winery Pawis
A (Spätburgunder) Pinot Noir cross that reaches its peak ripeness on the steep terraces of Pawis.
2025 Cabernet blanc Winery Pawis
The wine's bouquet is reminiscent of an elegant Sauvignon Blanc. Vegetable and spicy aromas of green grass, gooseberry and light paprika notes are also typical and surprise you from the very first sip.
2024 Levitage Barrique Winery Johannes Beyer
This is a red wine from experimental cultivation. The winemaker has aged it for 12 months in new 225-litre oak barrels.
2025 Weißer Burgunder Pawis
One could say it is a classic on the Saale and Unstrut rivers! The Pinot Blanc has a complex bouquet of ripe apples, quince and apricot.

This Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), influenced by the shell limestone soil, reveals a complex interplay of aromas, beginning with the delicate sweetness of quince, which unveils a rich layer of fruit.
2024 Naumburger Grauburgunder Winery HEY
A Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder), powerful yet elegant with typical aromas of candied orange peel, mandarin, walnut and thyme.
2023 Riesling Spätlese Alte Reben Wartenberg

2025 Riesling Buntsandstein Winery Pawis
At the Pawis winery, the vines for this Riesling thrive on Triassic soil structures. The red sandstone gives it delicate aromas of peach and ripe citrus fruits.
2025 Riesling Muschelkalk Winery Pawis
The shell limestone gives this Riesling its delicate minerality, but grapefruit and the typical peach notes are also recognisable.
