It is our pleasure to offer a good cross-section of the wines that the vintners of the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region produce with much love. We are constantly endeavouring to expand our range.
We offer all wines by the glass without exception. It is up to the guest to have the wine of their choice served by the glass at 0.1 or 0.2 litres. We keep white and rosé wines at a temperature below the usually recommended average of 10 to let's say 13 degrees. We keep red wines chilled to slightly below room temperature.

2023 Klingers Muse Winery Grober Feetz
If the winemaker decides to try something and creates a cuvée, he can name it badly after the grape variety. Here there are even three together: Gelber Muskateller, Traminer and Scheurebe. Why did the vintners decide to use ‘Klinger's muse’ on the label?
2022 Roter Traminer Freyburger Schweigenberg Winery Böhme & Töchter
All sensory skills are required here, quoting the winemaker: multi-layered aromas on the palate, grippy phenolics, fine spicy juiciness and delicately salty minerality.
2023 Chardonnay VDP Ortswein Winery Böhme & Töchter
Hand-picked and partly matured in oak barrels, partly in stainless steel tanks, an all-round successful Chardonnay a la Saale-Unstrut.
2023 Weißburgunder VDP Ortswein Winery Böhme & Töchter
With fresh chalky minerality and an elegant Burgundy aroma with pear, mirabelle plum and quince. The Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), classified as a local wine according to VDP regulations (here: Freyburg), was matured in wooden barrels as well as in stainless steel tanks.
2023 Riesling Winery Böhme & Töchter
This Riesling is characterised by its lively acidity, straightforward and elegant structure. It tastes light like a tropical fruit and is characterised by subtle minerality. The nose has aromas of vineyard peach, green apple and lime blossom.
2022 Spätburgunder Erstes Gewächs Winery Böhme & Töchter
Juicy texture on the palate with good tension, powerful, acidity and tannins provide tension, unfiltered. Fully ripe cherry, spicy and herbal on the nose.
2021 T & M Rotweincuvée Winery Böhme & Töchter
This combination is complex and we also found this red wine complex when we tasted it on site in Gleina: A red wine cuvée made from Cabernet-Dorio and Cabernet-Dorsa. Both crosses are based on Dornfelder and Cabernet Sauvignon (that's probably not quite right, we'll have to do some more research).
2022 Müller Thurgau Winery Böhme & Töchter
This Müller-Thurgau has a subtle nutmeg aroma with fresh, fruity acidity. The bouquet is characterized by apple, mango and grapefruit
2022 Blauer Zweigelt Naumburg Winery HEY
Dark cherry red with purple reflections. Elegant notes of raspberry and blackberry on the nose. Fine spicy and roasted flavours of liquorice, violets, tobacco and black tea.

Strong, fruity rosé with pink colour reflections und distinctive aromas of raspberry and red fruits.
2023 Rosé Weischützer Nüssenberg Winery Wein- und Sektmanufaktur
Aromatic and smooth wine with a fine, tart flavour and pleasantly sweet acidity, off-dry.
2023 Spätburgunder Barrique Winery Pawis
The wine is characterised by strong fruity aromas of fully ripe cherries. The long ageing period in small oak barrels provides subtle toasted and vanilla flavours and an excellent structure and length.
