2024 Rotling Muschelkalk Winery Johannes Beyer
With the expansion of our range of wines from regional winegrowers to include the fine wines from Dorndorfer Weingut Beyer, the first Rotling has now also made it to the bar. The nose reveals an aromatic, fruity bouquet with floral notes and gooseberry aromas.
It drinks with an intense, fresh taste. A pleasant caramel note remains on the palate.
Let's hear from the vintner himself about himself and his work: “Our focus is on sustainable cultivation. For example, we have not used artificial fertilizers for several years. The vines are not irrigated. Modern integrated pest management and appropriate revegetation management are a matter of course. It is important to Johannes Beyer to preserve fertile soils for his descendants. He attaches particular importance to the gentle but also minimalist processing of the wines in the cellar, which reflects the individuality of the grape varieties and sites.
Thanks to the support of his entire family, Johannes Beyer achieves his goals as desired and on time.”
