2025 Riesling Bergstern Winery Klaus Böhme
Following the 2023 vintage, we now have the 2025 vintage on tap in our modest little hut. Maximum depth, a full-bodied character and high extract levels – top quality. The hand-picked, carefully selected grapes come from the Rappental, which, with its outstanding shell limestone terroir, ranks among the finest vineyards in the Unstrut Valley.
We’d like to let the winemaker describe the wine in her own words: “Very delicate yet highly complex citrus notes – lime, peeled lemon, fleur de sel and almonds. These are followed by pronounced minerality and vineyard peach. This wine envelops the palate like a silk scarf. With plenty of texture, great length and a firm body, the fascination of the Riesling Bergstern Rappental seems never-ending.”
