2025 Cuvée Freygeist Saale Unstrut 

A cuvée created under the motto ‘Origin: Saale-Unstrut’, launched by the 51st Regional Wine Queen, Luise Antonie Böhme, with the aim of bringing together many wineries from the Saale-Unstrut region. This cuvée brings together Bacchus, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Silvaner, Helios, Müller-Thurgau, Gutedel, Kerner, Cabernet Blanc and Chardonnay.

This is now the second vintage we have on tap in such a short space of time. It combines lively fruity aromas of passion fruit, nectarine and citrus with local fruits such as apple, pear and quince.
