2022 Cabernet Cortis Steigraer Hahnenberge Johannes Beyer

Located around 15 kilometres northwest of Freyburg, the Steigraer Hahnenberge vineyard is one of the showpiece sites of the Saale and Unstrut wine-growing region.

Dried fruit aromas on the nose with further flavours of black tea and vanilla. Strong tannin structure with a slightly peppery note. Matured for ten months in barriques.
