2025 Cabernet blanc Winery Pawis 

The wine's bouquet is reminiscent of an elegant Sauvignon Blanc. Vegetable and spicy aromas of green grass, gooseberry and light paprika notes are also typical and surprise you from the very first sip.

This new variety, which is a fungus-resistant grape variety (known as socalled PIWI), is well suited to sustainable and natural cultivation. Grown on Bernhard Pawis' steep slopes, the vines really make the work of tending and caring for them easier.
