2024 Cuvée Freygeist Luise Antonie Böhme 

White wine cuvée – wine of the queens: a cuvée with the motto ‘Originating from Saale-Unstrut’
Initiated by the 51st regional wine queen, Luise Antonie Böhme, with the aim of uniting many wineries in the Saale-Unstrut region. This cuvée combines Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Riesling, Silvaner, Helios, Müller-Thurgau, Gutedel, Kerner and Cabernet Blanc.

Crystal clear, bright in colour and expression. This cuvée is delicately fruity, with aromas reminiscent of local fruits such as apple and quince, paired with gooseberry. On the palate, there is a noticeable balance of acidity and residual sugar, with a hint of tropical fruits.

"Freygeist – a cuvée with the maxim “Originating from Saale-Unstrut”. Created by former regional wine queen Luise Böhme with the aim of producing a light-footed wine and with the ambition of uniting many wineries in the Saale-Unstrut region.

Stimulating nose – fruitiness takes centre stage. Gooseberry, quince and apple come to the fore, elderflower and a hint of lychee complete the variety of aromas. Balanced residual sugar and acidity promise an animating drinking experience – light-footed in expression and an invigorating cuvée for hot summer days!"
